1- What plastic types do you use? Can I give you mine?

We use two types of plastics and you can drop them off if as below:
– Type 2 – HDPE: such as bottle caps, shampoo and detergent bottles
– Type 5 – PP: such as delivery packaging and detergent bottles

2- What are the available Paltic boards’ sizes?

Currently we produce 1000mmx1000mm board size, with thicknesses that range between 10mm to 20mm. In the coming year, we are aiming to have 2400mmx1400mm board sizes, with thicknesses going up 50mm upon request.

3- Will I have the exact colors as in the pictures?

The actual board will slightly vary than that shown in the pictures due to different plastic alignment. We cannot guarantee an exact copy, as the dispersed shreds make every piece unique!

4- What tools and equipment do I need for the boards?

You can use woodworking tools, such as table-saw, sander, polisher, router, and CNC machine. The boards can be cut, drilled and screwed at its joints.

5- What can I use Paltic boards for?

Furniture manufacturing, product design, interior design for residential and commercial spaces, art pieces, and architecture. The sky is the limit!

6- Are the boards water and heat resistant?

Definitely water resistant and rot proof! They can handle heat to up to 90° Celsius; however, we recommend you don’t apply direct heat to it nor keep it outdoors for too long as its color might fade over time.

7- What is your lead time?

We need between 2-3 weeks as stock levels are currently low.

8- Do you have all colors available?

Unfortunately we don’t, as we are limited with the available plastics. The most commonly found are the standard ones: blue, white, black, mixed.

9- Do you customize?

Yes, we can create your own bespoke material; however, it will be a longer process to ensure that your design is being achieved.

10- If I have a project in mind but I am lost on how to integrate Paltic boards what do I do?
