Terms and Application 

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to the purchase of the products provided in our quotation. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service, and will tell you about the products we provide to You, any sale agreement and termination between Us and You, and other important information. 

Products

The products are uniquely and locally made from recycled material, through a partial automated process. Thus, every product will vary than those shown in the pictures and between production and batches, due to variations of alignment and type. The pictures on this website and catalogues are for illustrative purposes only, and do not guarantee an accurate reflection of the end product. Also, products may have imperfections on the surface and small air bubbles (holes) from its interior due to the different sourcing of recycled waste, which is beyond our control. We put our outmost effort to be as accurate as possible; however, with the varying sizes, colors and weights of our products, the information provided is only indicative as there will be a slight degree of material tolerance. 

Make sure the products ordered are suitable for your use, as we don’t assume any responsibility. We do state on the website the possible uses and purpose of each product, yet you assume sole responsibility of it fitting your needs, suitability and purpose of use. Thus, before using the product, you must ensure it fits and You account for full responsibility ensuring that the supplied product is in compliance with any regulations and building controls in your jurisdiction. 

Price

The price of products is provided in the offered quotation, at the date of inquiring your order within the set validity date. The price is exclusive of packaging, transportation, delivery and other taxes and charges imposed by any authority. 

If there was an increase in product cost due to any factor that is beyond our control, we can increase the Prices prior to delivery and after we have told you about it. 

Cancellation and Changes

If, for any reason, you decide to make a change to the product ordered it would be subject to certain conditions. If we have already started with the production process, then changes are not commonly possible to happen. If it is prior to your acceptance of quotation, then either of us can cancel the order. 

Payment

Upon confirming the quotation, an invoice will be issued requesting a full payment prior to initiation of production and before shipping the products. Payments need to be done within the set time frame as on the invoice, and to be settled in USD, or else delay in delivery will take place. 

Shipment and Delivery

The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Depending on where you are ordering from (country), shipping added costs will vary. Other than shipping costs, you may be charged additional charges for custom duties and taxes. You will be advised of any applicable shipping charges before you finalize your payment. In the case of International shipping, you will be responsible for all applicable custom duties, clearance fees and taxes, which will be details in a separate invoice upon delivery. 

Upon final agreement, we will arrange for the delivery of the products to the address as set in the quotation or agree on a date for collection from our premises. If for any reason, you do not collect nor take the delivery within 15 business days, we may at our own discretion resell part or all of the products and charge you with all associated costs and expenses, including but not limited to storage (over the 15 days), transportation and insurance. 

Delivery dates provided are approximate only, and we will not be accountable for any delays in delivery of the products. which is caused by a force majeure or failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other possible circumstances. 

Refund and Return Policy

Upon collection or receiving the delivery, you must inspect the products before signing the delivered documents. If any damages were identified, you must directly inform us and the delivery service provider in writing within 48 hours. You should also provide details and evidence including clear photographic images and short videography of any damages to the products or packaging. If we are satisfied with data provided and carried inspection, you may Return the products and we will replace, repair or refund the products or part of them. 

Applicable Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
